The video is an interview-style sampling of your client speaking about their suffering. It may also include testimony of a friendly witness, or powerful deposition testimony clips.

How does a focus group work?

We arrange a focus group of regular people from your case's jury pool. We pick a cross-section of demographics based on what your case needs, verify their residency and availability to participate in remote focus group, and pay their participation fee. We either conduct the focus group independently, or work with the Plaintiff's lawyer to prepare the presentation and facilitate the focus group. We then consult with you based on our litigation experience and the focus group feedback on how to best value the case, as well as settlement and trial strategy.

Select a package

After you’ve made the selection, based on your mediation date we will schedule the dates for (1) on-site filming; (2) draft video; and (3) final production.

Story producer consultation

Our Story Producer does a phone call with you to hear the basics of your client’s story and is available to help you identify a strong narrative vision for your client’s video, if needed.

Select on-site filming

We will suggest a filming site based on your client's schedule and comfort. Our Story Producer will do a 10-minute virtual meeting with your client to explain to them what to expect, including reviewing story prompts.

Shoot day

This will be a two-to-four-hour shoot depending on the A-B-C service, including set up and interviews. Our Story Producers are professional experienced producers who excel at drawing out earnest and compelling testimony.

Draft video

You will have an opportunity to review the draft video and a transcript of all videoed content and make notes before our Story Editor completes the final version.
